Nhs wellbeing projects
Since 2015, Sole2Soul has engaged with multiple Mental Health NHS Trusts across England as well as University College London to set up and deliver physical health and wellbeing exercise projects to those who have mental health conditions. Using our own clinical experience and project management backgrounds, Sole2Soul has worked closely with clinicians to generate referrals and deliver numerous wellbeing projects safely and effectively across community and inpatient settings.
The most recent work was with Devon Partnership NHS Trust where Sole2Soul initiated a new physical health wellbeing project for community mental health patients, establishing a regular timetable to support patients into exercise. Sole2Soul also initiated and delivered a Sports Day event in 2019 for all staff and patients across Devon Partnership Trust, and as a result, provoked people to become more interested and motivated to be more physically active.
WORKPLACE Wellbeing
Sole2Soul aims to make a real difference in the workplace by helping people improve their physical and psychological wellbeing through a one-off or regular service. Such services can include:
